Draper on Main is a mixed-use office and retail development situated in the heart of the Southern Suburbs in Claremont. A contemporary design incorporating a historic façade, the site comprises four storeys of offices, above four levels of structured parking. A ground floor and mezzanine retail level as well as two basement parking floors are complimented by High-Efficiency LED Light fittings which ensure minimum power usage and energy consumption. The Dali dimming system controls switching and dimming of the office lights via daylight and occupancy sensors. Parking lighting is also controlled by a combination of motion sensors and timed circuits.
